Simi Valley male model, Brett Scherzberg was not busted for his muffin-tops, bad memes or his bizarre rage-face. According to the Ventura County Sheriff, Brett ‘Scherzlander’ was hauled-in for Felony Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Misdemeanor Trespass and Refusing to Leave.
Ventura County Superior Court records show this is not Brett’s first run-in with the law. In 2015, he was arrested and convicted for Playing Hazardous Games in a Park. We’d like to push for this conviction to be overturned, because, who at the park isn’t playing Pokemon Go?
However, we cannot defend his latest charges. A recent Facebook post reveals that Scherzberg may have actually promoted the trespassing of private lands at the now closed Lost Hills Golf Course in Simi Valley. Witness reports indicate ‘Happy’ Scherzberg may have been in a heated argument with a celebrity game show host. However, these reports are yet to be confirmed.
As far as his modeling career goes, Brett is no Mark Whalberg or Justin Bieber, and he needs to work on his signature look. However, we wish him luck on his fashion endeavors…in Prisneyland!
